This contemporary head turner is situated on a tight but prominent site in the Cambridge CBD with outstanding views over the Waikato River. The design encompasses a double storey and large glazed panels to take full advantage of the river views and ensure a light, bright and airy interior.

The central double height atrium adds drama and the ‘floating’ wooden pendant light provides an intriguing focal point from different areas of the home.

The contrasting vertical cedar against the black iron with accents of raw concrete blocks and plaster make an arresting combination but manage not to detract from the leafy surrounds.
