A 'contemporary barn' design with simple lines and bold cladding. This stunning home won a commendation award at the 2017 ADNZ Regional Architectural Design Awards.

Black Eurostyle Iron was chosen as a current take on traditional board and batten cladding - with the standing seams meticulously aligned from roof to wall for a seamless continuity. And beautiful vertical cedar boarding provides an arresting contrast to the iron. 

Sustainable principles were used throughout with a photo voltaic solar system providing electricity, careful glazing positioning for controlled solar gain and tall louvres which provide excellent passive ventilation.
